Manny Filiantris
Manny Filantris brings 24 years of experience in high-rise, low-rise and commercial plumbing, heating, and sewer and watermain installation and replacement. Manny’s education includes George Brown – Trade School Certificates consisting of Plumbing and Gas fittings and George Brown – Mechanical estimator Certificate. His responsibilities include reviewing pricing and scheduling, establishing rate files for labour, equipment and materials and project cost reports. Manny also assists with Design/Build projects by being present on the job site, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with owners, consultants, subs and suppliers. manny@firenza.ca
