Josie Furlano is the executive secretary at Firenza Plumbing and Heating. She is responsible for answering telephones, greeting customers, preparing quotations, responding to customer inquiries and other administrative tasks. Her Office Systems Operations diploma and countless accounting computer courses from Seneca College, together with her 10+ years of experience in the field make her an asset at Firenza.
